This position is liable for helping the Teaching and Learning Specialist in overseeing general exercises of the Office Administration.

Essential Responsibilities:

Information, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

A Degree in Administration and 3 years of working experience ideally in NGO’s

Phenomenal information on MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel

Capacity to address most requests and questions autonomously and circle back to demands in a productive way.

Capacity to perform multiple tasks and cooperate with other people.

Capacity to tune in and convey well both verbally and recorded as a hard copy.
