Design, display and camera
The design is very similar to the M13, although it is probably a little thicker to accommodate a larger battery. You get the same back and the same plastic frames, although the front is covered with a stronger Corning Gorilla Glass 5 glass.
The Samsung Galaxy F13 is equipped with a 6.6-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2480 pixels. A V-neckline is provided for the 8-megapixel selfie camera. The wide-angle camera has an F/2.2 aperture with HDR resolution and can record Full HD videos.
There are three cameras on the back. The 50-megapixel main wide-angle lens has an aperture of f/1.8 and is compatible with a 5-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The front and rear cameras take decent pictures. They are also exactly the same cameras as on the M13. on the side there is a fingerprint sensor for unlocking the smartphone.
Hardware and software
Samsung Galaxy F13 runs Android 12 With One UI 4.1 on an eight-core Exynos 850 chipset (8 nm). The chipset is based on a two-cluster architecture consisting of two quad-core Cortex A55 processors, both with clock speeds up to 2.0 GHz. It is equipped with a Mali-G52 graphics processor for graphics.
This is the same chipset used in the M13 and other Samsung phones such as the Galaxy A13, Galaxy A12 Nacho and Galaxy A22.
There is a choice of 64 GB or 128 GB for internal memory with 4 GB of RAM. If you need more storage space, the smartphone can support up to 1TB of additional storage through a dedicated memory card slot.
Samsung Galaxy F13 is equipped with a 6000 mAh battery. This allows it to be ahead of most Galaxy MSeries in 2022 in terms of battery capacity: 62 hours of talk time and up to 24 hours of Internet access over 4G network. However, like the M13, it has a 15W fast charging capability, which is not that difficult. Just as impressive as the 25W charging capacity provided by models such as the Galaxy M23, Galaxy M33 and Galaxy M53.
The Android phone is equipped with Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, dual-band Wi-Fi, USB type-C, 3.5mm audio jack and side fingerprint reader for added security. The Galaxy F13 supports 4G LTE in both SIM card slots with an innovative audio data switching feature that automatically switches the data connection to a second SIM card if the current SIM card loses the data connection. It does not offer 5G connectivity.
